Lit Modern Designs specializes in environmentally-friendly, LED lighting fixtures crafted from real hardwoods. Our fixtures utilize UL listed components for safety and reliability. All of our LED products are constructed with high-efficacy, single batch, high-CRI LEDs.

Founded in 2017, Lit Modern was formed out of necessity – to satisfy our selfish desire to create the sleekest linear lighting fixture possible; free of supplemental power cords, clunky hardware and ceiling canopies. Emerging from tireless design iterations, crafting and construction, the Linear Suspension pendent was complete. Spawning from the original suspension pendent, our Linear Collection matured and evolved into a wide variety of stunning art-forward, functional lighting pieces.

Every fixture we create is made-to-order, meeting customer specifications in wood and LED temperature selection. With each and every fixture, we painstakingly craft each piece from raw materials.

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

Return requests outside of 30 days from purchase date are at the sole discretion of LMD and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees and restocking charges may be applied.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Processing Time

For all lighting fixtures, please allow 2-3 weeks for your fixture to be produced. Each fixture is made to order per customer specifications.

Shipping

All products are shipped via UPS ground, 3-5 day service unless expedited service is requested and agreed upon by LMD.
